【90 Days Challenge】- record

Week1: 2018/02/24~03/02

Principles:
* Couldn't do overweight training too much, due to spine disorder.
* Restricting the training time in 2hours, do not live in the gym.
* Preparing for the ACE-CPT exam and train for the Spartan.
* Reduce my horrible body fat.
(Start from about 22-24%)
* Providing the quotes motivated you and me everyday.
* Absorbing extra knowledge may improve myself.
* Do the rehabilitation three times per week.

1.沒有夢想,只有目標!

3.懂得越多越顯得自己無知。
4.有時間抱怨,有時間稱羨,何不拿時間改變?
5.Rich your heart rich your life.
6.連眼前的一小步都跨不出去,那別說能走多遠。
7.人生,是掌握在自己手中,而不是他人嘴裡。

自己訂定的重訓強度增強但動作熟悉度不夠,
導致常超出了規定的2小時,
每週三次的復健,已塞滿平日的作息,
加上剛退伍,需要辦理的必要雜務塞滿了剩下的時間!
儘管再沒時間,也在零碎時間要求自己讀一些進度,
每天都在滿滿行程中睡著,很忙碌但卻很充實!

Begin running the program with greatly ambitions!
Although busy as a bee, completing the schedule as I could daily.
Put the almost erupting emotions into actions.
The pursuing were really going toward the goal made me specifically excited.
